Denis Suarez has made six appearances since joining Arsenal in January and is yet to impress Emery.
Emery brought Spanish International into Arsenal Team on a temporary basis in the January transfer windows, with the option of signing him fully at the end of the season.
Emery, who worked with Denis Suarez at Sevilla, is understood to fear the midfielder cannot cope with the “physical demands of English football”, According to The Sun report.
Rather than hope for the 25-year-old to adapt to the premier league, Arsenal will end Suarez’s loan and send him back to Barcelona.
Seeing that signing Suarez permanently this summer is not part of Emery’s plans, Arsenal has started assessing alternative targets ahead of the summer transfer window.
